2019

October 4 – West Bank Track and Field Championship. I got first place in the 400m and second place in the 200m, qualifying me for the National Track and Field Championships in Gaza next month. Even though the weather was hot and humid, the competition was full of amazing talents and real sportsmanship. Big thanks to the Palestinian Athletic Federation for improving the level of track and field for all Palestinians. Can’t wait for Gaza in November!

My friend Mahmoud Muhtasib came with me to film the whole competition. The final video is amazing; enjoy watching this glimpse of Palestinian track and field!

September 26 – Progretto Happiness (in Italian). I had a pleasure meeting Giuseppe and contributing to his world-traveling mission in finding the meaning of happiness. We had a very nice interview and he challenged me to a race with him on his motorcycle!
